Here are a few stories to read this Monday morning.
- SFWA has published an apology for the way they messed up the announcement of their new policy on LLMs. They have not however removed the rule which said that using writing tools like ProWritingAid’s manuscript evaluator will disqualify your work from winning a Nebula Award.
- Now this is cool – Pre-Ordering the Kindle ebook now gives you access to an excerpt of the unpublished work (or at least it will after 12 January).
- John Carryou and 5 other authors have filed a new lawsuit against Anthropic, Google, and other tech companies.
